reformer.agency is a design and development studio. This policy explains what we do with personal information collected through this website. It covers this site only, not the sites we build for clients, which are governed by their own policies.

We collect only what you send us. If you complete the contact form, that means your name, email address, and optionally your company, budget range, timeline and the project summary you write, along with the date and time you submitted it and a record of the consent you gave.

If you email us directly, we hold that correspondence in our email system. We do not buy contact data, we do not enrich what you give us with information from third parties, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to scope and deliver the work. That is the whole purpose. We rely on your consent for the contact form, which is why the checkbox is there and why it is not pre-ticked.

We do not use enquiry details for marketing. We have no newsletter, we do not run remarketing audiences, and we will not add you to a mailing list because you once asked us a question.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Where an enquiry becomes a project, we keep the related records for the duration of the engagement and for six years afterwards, which is the period we are required to keep business records for tax and legal purposes.

The people who work at reformer.agency, and the service providers who host this site, its database and our email. Those providers process the data on our instructions and cannot use it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

This site uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that count page views and referrers in aggregate. It does not set advertising cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and does not identify you personally.

We do not run advertising or tracking pixels on this site. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent before anything loads and update this page first.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did with the data before you withdrew it.

Email us and we will action any of these within 30 days, usually far sooner. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you have the right to complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live.

Enquiries are stored in an access-controlled database, transmitted over an encrypted connection, and reachable only by the people who need them to reply to you. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, financial details or other sensitive information through the contact form.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date below. Material changes affecting data we already hold will be communicated to the people concerned directly.
